How long is the Slim, Smart & Sexy Program?

Our weight loss program has 3 phases and runs fora total of 63 days. We will be along side of you the entire way.

Will I be hungry on the program?

The goal is NOT to be hungry and there are plenty of unlimited foods that can be eaten to alleviate hunger. In fact, the most common thing we tell our clients in our Slim, Smart & Sexy weight loss program is to EAT MORE, of course, of the right foods!

Will I have supervision on the program?

Yes! We are here for you! You and your health coach will meet weekly either in person, on the phone or via video chat. We will be reviewing your weight loss progress and keeping you on track throughout your program.

Can I do the program if I am diabetic?

Absolutely! In fact, many of our diabetic clients reverse their diabetes during the program and need to communicate with their doctor to monitor their medication. This program is great for diabetics and weight loss!

What type of insurance do you accept?

While we do not currently accept insurance for our weight loss programs, many employer Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts may cover the program.  So be sure to ask your HSA Administrator!

What will I be eating?

Real food! You will receive a recommended food list and recipes designed to help you burn fat and maintain your fat loss. We don’t use sugar laden bars or meal replacements that are often seen in other weight loss programs.
